I placed an online order for same day delivery after 2pm yesterday and Andy from Blue Daisy Floral & Design called me less than 5 minutes later explaining that they may not be able to guarantee same day delivery because my order came in late and the drivers were all out on long routes for the day, but she’d try her best for me. She also recommended a different vase than the one shown on the website and swapped it out at no charge. Within minutes of hanging up, I received a text that the flowers would be delivered that afternoon by 4. So within 2 hrs of placing my order, the arrangement was crafted and delivered! Amazing customer service with the immediate follow ups and keeping me posted on order status. The arrangement was beautiful and I was so please with my entire experience. I will definitely order from them again!
